- The company I am currently recruiting for are considered a hybrid. With both a construction arm and development arm this company are geared up to deliver whatever they require as one business unit.
The company are currently looking to recruit a Finishing Manager/Internals Site Manager for a 110 unit project based in Sunbury. You will be one of three managers on site so you will have support and guidance when required.
This role would suit a person who has vast experience within high end finishes. The company have high expectations and do not expect job hoppers. This is a permanent role and expect permanent candidates
The ideal candidate MUST have;- Experience working on high spec residential properties
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and multiple trades
It is desirable to have;- Construction related further education or a trade background
