- You will be joining what is regarded as one of the best known and most successful building and civil engineering contractors operating throughout the Middle East.
The requirement is for a highly experienced Project Director with at least 20 years construction experience including an in depth knowledge of all aspects of large scale building and civil engineering projects.
You will need to be industry qualified and capable of running the entire project to ensure that all contractual requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Excellent interpersonal skills are also demanded with both clients and partners alike to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all the construction activities.
The position demands a seasoned Project Director with demonstrable experience gained within the international market and a track record in the successful completion of major projects within budget and to programme. Proven project turnaround experience would be very advantageous.
The position carries furnished accommodation, transport and a generous leave cycle, medical cover as well as a bonus scheme based on personal performance and the overall profitability of the contract.
