- Description
- Our client is one of the Middle East’s best known and most successful Construction Groups operating throughout the region. To ensure continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced CEO to oversee the Group’s Holding Company.
The successful candidate will have a strong management skill set within a group environment. Previous experience or exposure to PPP projects will be a distinct advantage.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing strategies, policies and targets for the Group
- Developing medium and short-term plans/programs in order to achieve the Group's goals
- Advising on strategic business development, key corporate planning issues and recommendations on key business decisions
- Monitoring the company's performance
- Setting budgets and monitoring the company’s expenditures and financial performance
- Conduct meetings to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow is running smoothly
- Overseeing the administration, implementation and management of all operations across all regions
