- This Global Developer has gained an enviable reputation for the delivery of highly complex projects around the world. Due to continued success internationally they are looking to further establish themselves within the London market.
This is a key appointment and will require you to build financial models and oversee the company’s feasibility studies. The ability to advise the senior management team on land values and development potential is of critical importance. As such, experience working within a similar capacity in the London or South East region is desirable.
The company focuses on High End Residential, Commercial, Luxury Hospitality, Retail, and High Rise buildings.
