- Our Client is a well-known and highly successful development company operating globally. Due to continued success they are looking to appoint a Lead Architect to oversee and manage the conceptual design process of the group’s future projects in the Gulf region.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with experience working on concept designs for architectural design firms or development companies. Experience working on residential or mixed use projects is required, as is the ability to identify potential issues with a design and suggest changes to improve the commercial success of a project.
Prior International experience is NOT a pre-requisite, however, it is an advantage. The ability and enthusiasm to quickly assimilate into a new environment and to make a significant contribution to the success of future projects is of utmost importance.
You will be entitled to a generous tax free salary, along with medical insurance, flight tickets and a generous leave entitlement.
