- Description
- Our Client is probably one of the best known contractors operating throughout the Middle East. They have recently been awarded a number of multi-million pound building and civil engineering projects in major cities across Saudi Arabia.
They are now looking for an accomplished construction professional to provide real time advice and solutions at tender stage and to projects throughout the Kingdom to ensure best practice whilst offering practical solutions to site based issues.
Your responsibilities will include:- Prepare construction method statements at tender stage
- Prepare execution plans for construction and site logistics
- Work with construction management teams to help in the delivery of agreed solutions
- Review base line programs and propose operational work around solutions and recovery plans
- Recommend best practice for formwork systems, plant and equipment utilization
- Establish performance goals and agree methodology to achieve same with site and construction management teams
The ideal candidate will have:- Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline
- Demonstrable site based experience
- Large portfolio of project experience covering civil engineering and complex building structures on high value projects
- Extensive knowledge in selection of formwork systems and efficient utilization of construction equipment
- Middle East experience strongly preferred
