- Description
- An established and progressive main contractor are looking to recruit a Design and Build Manager to operate out of its regional office.
The chosen candidate will be needed to actively manage production from the production of design from pre-qualification to completion to ensure timely delivery of design information which complies with statutory regulations and contractors proposals, providing best value whilst not exceeding their obligations.

Working as integral members of the Project Teams, the Design Manager will be responsible for the implementation of design policies and procedures at both the work winning and delivery stages of their business.
With demonstrable experience in Design Management and a good understanding of health, safety and environmental issues balanced with a strong commercial acumen, you will be capable of appointing or auditing designers, producing detailed proposal documents, preparing coordinated design programmes and producing schedules of deliverable design information, to coincide with the demands of the construction programme.
