- Description
- This is a rarely available opportunity with a globally recognized and highly sought after business. The Maintenance Managerwill be responsible for overseeing an ‘in house’ department of circa 21 persons on a landmark property (over 1,000,000 sq/ft) along with satellite properties in Central London.
The ideal candidate will:- Come from a Carpentry or Joinery background.
- Have proven experience leading large fabric maintenance teams.
- Have experience delivery maintenance (client side or service provider) on a sizeable property or portfolio of properties.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Financial acumen – responsible for P&L for both project and operational budgets.
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with the ability to get ‘hands on’ when required.
- Experience working with CAFM systems.
Please note that you will be required to work one in five weekends (as per the management rota).
