- Description
- An established main contractor are looking to recruit a Design Co-ordinator to operate on one of their major projects.
The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the flow of design information during the construction phase.
- Monitor progress of design information release.
- Assist the project Surveyor in the preparation and evaluation of procurement information.
- Using the project document control system, ensure design information is accurately recorded, tracked and distributed as required.
- Control co-ordination of detailed design for all disciplines, including specialist subcontractors.
- Check design information produced for compliance with contract obligations.
- Ensure necessary design information is submitted for timely approval to statutory authorities.
