- Description
- Our client are looking for a Technical Manager / Design Manager to join their successful organisation.
They sell high end architectural façade products, which determine the look of any given building’s exterior once installed. They come in a range of natural looks and finishes and sizes from shaped bespoke pieces to thin lightweight panels.
They specify, trade and fabricate these high-end natural cladding products, as well as offering their clients the additional services that they require to design, engineer and understand these cladding products in order to install them on the building. These services include elements of the façade design work and the associated fixing system layouts, and the efficient supply of these panels and components according to the building program on site.
Your brief will embrace the entire development process, from initial feasibility through the design stage, budget appraisals as well as the overall technical management of the construction process to ensure successful and timely completion.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook and AutoCAD is essential. Good communication skills and a hands-on ‘can-do’ attitude are important.
