- You will be joining a highly successful Facilities Management Group covering the residential and commercial property market.
Purpose of Role:
To ensure that all commercial and operational aspects of the London portfolio are delivered in an effective, efficient and professional manner to the satisfaction of all Clients. The property portfolio consists of ultra-prime residential and commercial buildings in London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services across all projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize resources effectively, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across all projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship to the management team, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a representative of the company, actively engaging with stakeholders, industry professionals, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Suitably qualified in a relevant discipline, ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Considerable experience working in the Building Services and Facilities Management industries, with at least 5 years’ experience managing the hard and soft service delivery of complex high value high-end contracts.
- Previous experience working in an Account Director, Estates Director, General Manager capacity with in depth and practical experience in hard services FM is desirable.
- Possess exceptional communication, management and interpersonal skills.
