A well-established, market-leading building materials business in the UAE is looking to appoint a Ready Mix Concrete Production Supervisor. With decades of success, a strong project portfolio, and multiple state-of-the-art batching plants, this organisation plays a key role in delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across the region.

The Role

The Production Supervisor will support the Head of Production in managing the day-to-day operations of busy ready-mix concrete plants, ensuring production is efficient, safe, and consistently meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise batching plant operations and production teams
• Ensure consistent output of high-quality concrete mixes
• Coordinate plant scheduling, maintenance, and logistics
• Drive health, safety & environmental compliance on site
• Liaise with technical teams, drivers, and site operations
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise output

Experience Required

• Experience in ready-mix concrete production / batching plant operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix, quality control, and plant processes
• Commitment to high health & safety standards
• Middle East experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident and strong communicator.
