- Description
- This is highly successful in the execution of projects in the £100k - £5m range within the building new build and refurbishment sector and has been operating in the Essex market for over ten years.
They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who could currently be a senior Projects Manager looking for next step or existing Contracts Manager who their next challenge.
- Experience of refurbishment and new build contracts, but would consider new build experience only
- Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
- Project size between £300k and £5m
Contracts Manager day to day duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Conversant with bills & contracts
- Preparation of EOT claims
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc
Contracts Manager Direct Reports:
- Site/Project Managers
- Line reporting by surveyors for individual contracts
