- A well-known international contractor with a strong order book is currently looking to appoint a Commercial Manager in their Central London office.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for controlling all financial aspects of their projects in the UK, from pre contract through to delivery and claims. The group is projected to turnover £200m this year, so experience leading large commercial departments is a prerequisite.
The ability to join an established team and make a substantial contribution to the success of the commercial management process is of the utmost importance. Additionally, due to the nature of the business and location of shareholders, previous experience working overseas would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified, with extensive commercial management experience gained within the construction arena, covering large commercial, hotel, residential and industrial projects.
