- Description
- This is a unique and challenging opportunity to join a major residential and hospitality developer in Dubai. Due to continued success in the region they are looking for an accomplished Facilities Management Director to oversee a number of recently delivered projects in the region, consisting of hotels and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with experience working within a similar Head of Department capacity. Extensive hard and soft facilities management experience is also required, along with exceptional customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
Prior experience working in the Middle East is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
