- Description
- Due to expansion of our clients team they are seeking an additional experienced qualified MRICS Valuers / Valuation Surveyor (minimum 2 year PQE required). Depending on the level of experience this may be at Associate Director / Senior Valuer level.
The Valuation Surveyor / Valuer will join their busy, thriving valuation practice, acting for over 50 secured lending clients, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuation ranging from £500,000 to £25,000,000.
Skills required:
- Client communication skills are of paramount importance.
- Organisation, time management and ability to work under pressure in order to exceed client deadlines/expectations.
- Ability to work independently, but also able to work within a small team.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Technical knowledge and in depth experience of valuing, in the main, retail, industrial, office, development and residential property (including HMO’s), within London and surrounding counties.
- Experience in other disciplines would be an advantage.
Remuneration/brief details:
- Salary / package to be agreed depending on experience.
- The role will offer flexibility and eventual home working facilities.
- The successful candidate will be joining a medium size, independent, bureaucracy free, commercially minded practice, comprising 4 partners and 23 employees.
