- A leading top 20 Main Contractor are looking to bolster the design team within the Bedfordshire office. The company are open to various levels of candidate and the roles have come about through growth and predicted growth.
This company are looking for people who have experience working on residential developments, ideally incorporating different build types such as RC Frame and traditional. With this office covering projects in both London and the Home Counties you will get the challenge of both greenfield and brownfield projects. On one hand you could have 50 traditional units in a field and on the other, a complex demolition, part restoration in the city centre.
This role would suit a professional who wants a new challenge. You would be expected to be involved in the entire design process from pre-construction through to completion. Generally this would be office based with site visits but as larger sites come to the business, site based roles may arise.
Candidates with a background from architects would also be considered, providing project experience and longevity was of the standard required.
The ideal candidate MUST have;- Further education within design/architecture.
- Up to date knowledge of relevant laws and legislation.
- Worked on residential developments over 30 units.
It is desirable to have;- Worked for a Main Contractor or Developer.
