Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates
• Networking with potential candidates
• Composing job adverts to be published
• Identify applicant skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
• Dealing with general enquiries

The ideal candidate will:

• Strong IT skills
• Have good communication skills
• Have good organisational and administrative skills
• Be self motivated and able to work to deadlines

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider non recruitment sales experience, as well as ambitious trainees.
