- Description
- Our Client is probably one of the best known contractors operating throughout the Middle East. They have recently been awarded a number of multi-million pound building and civil engineering projects in major cities across Saudi Arabia.
They are now looking for an accomplished individual to join the management team who is experienced in contracts and commercial work, with practical experience in formulation and interpretation of contract documents and commercial terms under the FIDIC form of contract.
You will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing (contracts & commercial, legal, and ECM) strategies, to minimize the Group’s legal and commercial risks as well as protecting its legal interests.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Construction related Bachelors Degree or Masters
- Knowledge of the KSA contracts law
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, presentation, and negotiations skills
- Excellent organization / project management skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong problem solving, management, and strategic planning and execution skills
- Demonstrable experience in Commercial / Contracts / Legal function working for large main contractors
- Experience in the Middle East will be a distinct advantage
