- Description
- This is a Client side opportunity based in Central London, working for an internationally recognized business. As the Facilities Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for the help desk function covering over a 1,000,000 sq ft of property in Central London.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To be accountable and responsible for the technical systems, processes and staff within the FM helpdesk.
- To ensure that all stakeholder requirements (strategic and tactical) are understood and all systems, processes and personnel are structured to exceed these expectations.
- To drive and promote a culture of continuous development within the function.
- To ensure that the FM helpdesk team are adequately familiar with the buildings within the portfolio, systems, infrastructure and key customers in order to allow the most expeditious resolution of issues.
- To maintain the asset register and ensure maintenance compliance.
- To ensure that customer experience training and standards are maintained at a commensurate with the expectations of stakeholders.
Required experience:
- Experience working in similar capacity for a client side organization or a FM service provider.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- To have advanced knowledge of the CMMS system of choice.
- To have a basic understanding of procurement requirements for maintenance contracts
- To have a basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a built environment.
- You will be expected to work to business needs, this will include early starts, late finishes, bank holidays and weekends.
