Our client is a Miami-based company specialising in ultra-high-end interiors including kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke furniture for luxury residential projects.

They are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function in Miami. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role responsible for managing the entire accounting remit, including cash flow, AR/AP, reporting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Accounts receivable oversight and collections
• Accounts payable management
• Preparation of financial statements and reporting packs
• Budget monitoring and variance analysis
• Maintaining and improving accounting systems and processes
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Ideal Profile:

• Accounting experience in construction, SME or high-growth environments preferred
• Strong systems capability and highly proficient with accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Comfortable owning and improving finance processes
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
