We are working with a reputable main contractor seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for a £1.8 million mews development, covering brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning works.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a small-to-medium sized project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

The Role:

• Full site management responsibility for a £1.8m mews development
• Overseeing brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
• Ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance on site
• Coordinating programme, materials, and resources
• Regular reporting to the project director or senior management
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and design teams as required
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a stable employment track record
• Experience with brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of CDM, health & safety, and quality standards

Salary on Offer:

• Salary up to £65,000
