- A well established Essex contractor are looking for a PA / Bid Writer to join their busy and successful organisation.
Role Purpose
To assist the Directors with the development of the company and in particular finding and winning work. To ensure that all marketing and bid material is controlled and of a suitable standard. To monitor, control and improve aspects of the business associated with presentation including our brand image.

• Bid management and writing
• Control of brand, style and marketing material
• Providing support to the MD on a day-to-day basis
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
• Maintenance of the CRM database.
• Promotion of the company via events and awards.
• Management of the website and social media accounts, hospitality, external communications, trade organisations.
Business Development (finding work):
• Monitoring and maintenance of portals.
• Networking and attendance at industry events.
• Sales planning & campaigns.
• Regular contact with key business contacts and identification of leads.
• Establishing contact meetings for Directors/Managers.
Bidding (winning work):
• Control and maintenance of standard bid documentation.
• Bid writing or assistance with management of bids.
QMS:
• Development and control of corporate style guide.
General Administration:
• Diary management and assistance with MD administration.
• Internal communications and presentations, company performance record keeping, board reporting.
Work Hours 9.00 – 17.00
