- This highly successful organisation which operates throughout the U.K has developed a first-class reputation for the provision of a broad range of contracting services to the building industry.
The demand for these services has increased dramatically and they now need to strengthen their commercial management team.
This has created a requirement for highly motivated Project Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background, with sound knowledge of all aspects of pre and post contract financial management, to join their dedicated construction team.
You must experience must demonstrate strong commercial skills and also be capable of working independently on projects. Also, a stable work history is a must.
Quantity Surveyor experience of social housing refurbishment / decent homes would be an added advantage.
