- The company is progressive and forward looking, but above all, highly successful in the execution of projects in the £3m - £25M range within the field of new build social housing.
Their business with a turnover in excess of £100M is fast moving and their clients demanding, but their success record is impressive with a high percentage of negotiated and repeat business contracts across a broad spectrum of satisfied customers.
They now urgently require an Aftercare Quantity Surveyor to join their team, and to play a key role in the on-going success and future development of their activities.
Role involves but not limited to:-
- Monitoring and managing cost and value on our completed projects
- Preparing scopes of work, obtaining and agreeing prices for post completion works and latent defects.
- Making payments for works
- Recovering costs where applicable from subcontractors/ clients
- Issuing contractual notices
Would suit an experienced surveyor possibly from a refurbishment or maintenance background
Position is based at Head office but will involve visiting site throughout London
