- Description
- The contractor is progressive and forward looking – but above all highly successful in the providing of reactive and planned maintenance for social housing clients throughout London and the South East.
They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects from appraisal and validation of subcontractor applications, including
cost valuation reporting, submission and negotiation of final accounts a thorough knowledge of current forms of contract.
The service Maintenance of all a buildings operating components and structures and includes:
Cyclical external and interior redecorating
Planned cyclical external regeneration works to maintain the fabric quality and
condition of properties i.e. roofing, concrete repairs, repair to brickwork, joinery etc
Upgrading and modernisation of kitchens, bathrooms , communal areas and entrances (Decent Homes Projects)
Grounds maintenance works including general landscaping, graffiti removal, pest and bird control to preserve the environment of a property
Safety and security improvements to ensure emergencies can be contained and prevented
Planned Maintenance provides a complete service in all aspects of building maintenance
EXPERIENCE IN PLANNED AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE / REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS IS ESSENTIAL
