- Our client is a long established groundworks contractor. Due to an increase workload they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their organisation.
Qualified to HND standard or above in Civil Engineering (preferably Quantity Surveying), with at least 5 years relevant civil engineering experience ideally with ground works. You will have responsibility for a varied range of quantity surveying duties of which key tasks include:
- Measurement and valuation of work. Project values range from £100k to £2.5m.
- Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Providing site management with commercial support and advice.
- Involved with tendering and purchasing
