We are working with a very successful Fit Out Construction Company that prides themselves in delivery world class projects from start to completion. The mind-set of the leadership team is very entrepreneurial and they welcome people that are driven, focused with bags of energy.
Role
The continual growth within the business meant that the team have expanded their Commercial Team and are now looking for a Head of Commercial. This year has been an incredibly busy year for them, with a secure order book ready for 2021. This is a Senior appointment and you would be reporting into the Group Commercial Director.What will be expected?
- Someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves and help when needed.
- Someone that is able to lead by example to the others within the team
- Have strong contractual knowledge
- Currently a Head of Commercial or Commercial Director
You must have
- Main Contracting background is essential
- Be a great team player
- Ambitious and focuses
- Great eye for detail
- Able to work well under pressure
Basic salary will be £100k plus a very attractive bonus and package
