- Description
- The company is progressive and forward looking, but above all, highly successful in the execution of projects in the £1m - £5M range within the field of decent homes or refurbishment.
Their business unit with a turnover in excess of £40M now urgently require an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team, and to play a key role in the on-going success and future development of their activities. The role will be covering sites in either Liverpool or Manchester.
You will play a fundamental role within the site team to ensure the efficient delivery of each scheme. It is also essential that the Quantity Surveyor undertakes financial management and accurate reporting, in accordance with company procedures.
Ideally with a formal surveying qualification and currently in a position where your achievements go unrecognised and your efforts unrewarded. You are now seeking a new and stimulating challenge within a dynamic environment, where your skills and enthusiasm will be fully appreciated.
Please note that the will be a mix of working from home and office.
