- Description
- You will be joining this already successful Dubai based Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion across the Gulf.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure the effective commercial management of projects through procurement, value engineering and cost planning, so that projects are executed efficiently and profitably with a consistent level of customer satisfaction.
You will be degree qualified with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial property development process gained at a Manager or Director level, with an internationally respected, high profile developer or cost consultancy.
Demonstrable experience in Dubai working on high-rise towers, high density residential and mixed use developments is demanded.
