Description
Our client is a well known and highly respected contractors within London and South East. They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a new £24 million secondary and health hub project in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Managing QS the Quantity Surveyor will be accountable for aspects of surveying and commercial site functions on the project.
 
Key accountabilities:-
 
  • Commercial control of sub-contract packages.
 
  • Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management.
 
  • Administering contract records.
 
  • Assisting the Managing QS with preparation of interim valuations and financial reports.
