- Description
- Our client is a well known and highly respected privately owned contractor well known for their expertise in the field of new build and refurbishment projects up to £10m in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties. They are looking to expand their commercial function, which is currently supported by a full order book.
The specific requirement is for a Quantity Surveyor who will possess a minimum of five years experience with a main contractor, working on general building projects up to £8m in value.
The role which will be office based includes the total financial control of the project, including interim valuations, procurement and payment of trade contractors and also monthly financial reconciliations.
This is a unique and challenging career opportunity requiring a stable Quantity Surveyor to work on both public and private sector projects.
The package on offer comprises of a generous basic salary complemented by a car allowance. They also have a very flexible approach to work from home and office.
