- Description
- A well-known international contractor cum developer with a strong order book is currently looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyorin their Central London office.
You will be responsible for controlling multiple projects from pre contract through to delivery and claims. The ability to join a small team and make a substantial contribution to the success of the commercial management process is of the utmost importance.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in quantity surveying with 10+ years’ experience working for a main contractor, sub-contractor, developer or consultant. Experience gained within the construction arena covering commercial, hotel, residential and industrial projects is an advantage.
