- Description
- A regional developer who typically undertake high end residential new build and conversions/refurbishments are looking to add Assistant and Project Surveyors to the team. The company have recently taken a few projects through planning so these are live requirements.
The size of projects vary from a couple of detached units through to 50+ RC Frame build high specification apartments. Most of the time you will be office based visiting site, potentially with a couple of developments at any one time. From time to time, larger sites may require Surveyors to be site based with the full focus on that specific project.
Duties of the position will vary depending on your level of experience. This company will support you but also push you to learn and progress. The opportunity to take on my duties will always be available as you move your career forwards.
The ideal candidate MUST have;- Further educational within the field of Quantity Surveying or at the very least within Construction Management.
- Live within easily commutable distance to Wimbledon
- Experience working for a Developer or Main Contractor
It is desirable to have;- Worked on a day release program so you already have “on the job” experience
